Altered state

← Alchemism

In this article

A two-letter state abbreviation is replaced by another. Examples: s(pa/ky); prov(id/ok)e. The altered state was introduced by Lirath in May 2005.

In a fully altered state, each bigram in the base word is a state abbreviation and is replaced with another, one at a time. For example: gala, cola, Gina, game.
